Breakfast Granola Muggins
What do you call a muffin in a mug? A Muggin of course! And these gluten-free granola breakfast muggins are so quick to make, they'll be ready before the chai!
Serves: 2 | Prep Time: 2min | Bake Time: 1min
You will need
A generous handful of Granola
(If you don't have Granola, substitute with mixed chopped nuts or pumpkin and sunflower seeds)
Prepare the batter as directed on the box
Mix the Granola into the batter. Be generous with the Granola, trust me the cake will be fine.
Pour into the smallest microwave safe cups in your kitchen. 200ml mugs like these will give you 3 muggins for your breakfast!
Fill each cup MAX 2/3rd full. They might overflow if filled too much.
Microwave for 1min and add 10-20 sec if needed. (Especially if you used fridge cold eggs/butter, cold ingredients need more cooking time than room temperature ingredients)
Ta-da! Healthy vitamin packed breakfast of champions is ready!
You can do these with a Serapheena chocolate mug cake as well... But I prefer Vanilla in the morning and Chocolate in the evening/ night. What about you? Let me know in the comments below!
