1 box Serapheena Espresso Coffee Cake mix +3 tubs Vanilla Greek Yoghurt (or vanilla ice cream) + Walnuts to decorate
Prepare batter and bake and cool as directed on the box.
Once cooled, divide the cake into two or three layers. Spread Vanilla Greek Yoghurt or Ice cream in the middle layer and on top. Add crushed walnuts inside.
Decorate with walnuts, and dust with coffee powder.
