Epic Lemon Drizzle Cake

You will need:

1 box Serapheena Vanilla Pound Cake mix +3 tablespoons Lime Juice +5 tablespoons Icing Sugar

Method

Use a fine grater to zest 1-2 limes. Avoid the inner white part, as it is bitter. Then squeeze the lime juice.

Prepare batter as directed on the box then add 3 tbsp. lime juice and the zest.

Bake and cool as directed on the box.

Lemon Glaze: In a bowl place icing sugar and slowly mix in lime juice until a thick glaze is formed. Spread the glaze over the cooled cake. Decorate with lime rings.
